Don't be toxic
We all have our struggles and we won’t always know what’s going on in someone’s life. That’s why I try to actively listen to find the intentions in the speeches, making an effort to be aware of my emotions and those of other people.

Do with passion
The best I can be may not be the best there is. But certainly giving as much as I can with passion and in a healthy way will bring interesting results and lessons to me and to my partners.

Fall in love with the challenge
Falling in love with the challenge is more important than falling in love with the delivery. Design is also a science and the solution that our intuition believes to be the best is not always the one that will actually achieve the the results. That’s why enjoying the path is crucial, as letting go happens easier.

Be vulnerable and open-minded
When I am able to communicate my vulnerabilities, what I do is embrace my weakness, get out of the defensive position, and let go of my ego to make more effective connections based on honesty. It’s not always possible, but it’s the path I’m always looking for.
